Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy

Shipping:
ADAPTAFY, LLC is committed to getting your order shipped as quickly as possible. Orders typically are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on holidays or weekends. This means that orders placed Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be processed the following Monday. If your order is placed during a US Public Holiday it will be processed the next business day.
We currently only ship to domestic locations within the United States.
Delivery:
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, it is up to the carrier to decide what routes to take in order to deliver the shipment. Couriers cannot guarantee shipping times and estimated-time of arrivals (ETAs) provided at checkout should only be considered a guide. We are not responsible for packages once they have left our facility. Shipping cost is non-refundable in the event the order is delayed, destination address was incorrect or if the order contained free shipping. If a package is refused, abandoned OR returned to sender due to an invalid address provided at checkout, a refund will not be issued.
Once the item is delivered, the liability of the item typically falls under the responsibility of the customer. However, please consult with the specific carrier for their terms and conditions for delivery liability.
Returns:
ADAPTAFY, LLC has a 30-day money back guarantee, which is valid for 30 days after the product is delivered (this includes bundled products such as 3-month supply). Return requests for orders older than 30 days will be reviewed, but doing so is solely at our discretion. Items are available for a one time full refund which is only valid once per household. Customers are only allowed two returns per calendar year.
To receive a refund you must return the bottle even if empty. If returning a bundle, returns will only be accepted if all bottles are returned and only one bottle has been opened (such that if you bought a 3-month supply only one bottle could be opened and the remaining two bottles must still be factory sealed and closed).
We do not provide paid return labels for product returns, products must be returned at the customer’s expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We can only refund the original payment method. In the event that method is no longer available the refund will be forfeited. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be received by the customer although it may take longer depending on the bank or credit card company. We do not accept exchanges for other products or services.
We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards. We will not process refunds via a cashier’s check or money order. No exceptions will be made to prevent fraud.
Under no circumstances does any replacement or refund establish a concession by ADAPTAFY, LLC. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
